At Interaction Associates, my journey began with a blank canvas – building a HubSpot website from scratch and refreshing our brand standards. Now, as the Director of Marketing, my efforts have drastically reshaped our approach. The year 2020 marked a milestone, producing more creative and marketing content than the previous four years combined. Today, marketing isn't just a part of our strategy; it's a driving force behind our revenue and a cornerstone in our customer journey, reflecting a brand standard that resonates at every touchpoint.

As the Marketing Director at Interaction Associates, I lead a team that's all about shaking things up. We've built an arsenal of content that not only showcases IA as the industry's hidden gem but also sets us miles apart in a jam-packed market. Our toolbox? Engaging videos (catch my cameo in one below!), compelling success stories, rave testimonials, eye-popping social graphics, interactive webinars, essential toolkits, binge-worthy blogs, thought-provoking white papers, PR that turns heads, impactful speaking gigs, and rock-solid partnerships. 

Thanks to our wizardry with HubSpot, we've revolutionized lead generation, transforming the user experience and smashing previous lead conversion records. The result? Year-over-year growth that's as much a testament to our marketing finesse as it is to the enduring success of Interaction Associates. We're not just playing the game; we're changing it.

Making Marketing WORK: Next-Level Achievements

Riding high on our earlier success in content creation and process streamlining, we at Interaction Associates set our sights even higher. It was time to amplify our impact and boy, did we deliver!

One area we amped up was our video and webinar content. Recognizing a gap, we turbocharged our webinar schedule, leaping from just four in 2022 to a whopping nine in 2024. The result? A staggering 195% surge in registrants and a jaw-dropping 390% boost in contacts from webinars alone.

But we didn't stop there. We transformed these webinars into a treasure trove of engaging videos, each one a testament to our innovative approach. These initiatives, along with numerous others, propelled us into one of our best years yet. We didn't just hit our marketing-derived revenue goals; we obliterated them with a 136% increase. Our leads grew by 34%, and our converted leads? They skyrocketed by 102%.

Hot on the heels of a phenomenal 2023, we knew we couldn't rest on our laurels at Interaction Associates. So, what did we do? We launched a kick-ass podcast – Water Cooler Wisdom!

Brainchild of yours truly, Water Cooler Wisdom is more than just another podcast; it's a revolution in content creation. Forget the same old professional development talks; we're bringing the casual, insightful banter of water cooler conversations right into your ears.

Each episode dives into the nitty-gritty of workplace challenges, chatting with experts about transforming your workday from mundane to magnificent. We're not just stopping there – we're breaking down baffling workplace jargon, tracing their quirky origins, and demystifying their rise to fame. At Interaction Associates, I wear two hats with flair – Marketing Maestro and Branding Virtuoso. Since 2018, I've been the creative force behind our brand's evolution, refreshing and redefining what we stand for through bold and innovative design.

Over the years, I've brought on board a talented crew of graphic designers, each contributing their unique flair, to keep our brand's visual story fresh and engaging. We're not just following trends; we're setting them.

And now, 2024 is set to be a landmark year. It’s time for a full-scale rebrand, and guess who's at the helm? Yours truly. I'm gearing up to lead this transformative journey, orchestrating the rollout of a new, cutting-edge brand identity for Interaction Associates.
